Little Brother | Eden Prairie Newborn Photographer

Loved being the Eden Prairie newborn photographer for this group! The whole family joined us to welcome little brother!

What a sweetheart this baby boy was! The whole family came for little brother’s newborn photography session, so we were able to get the sweetest parent and sibling pictures. Big brother and sister were absolutely amazing with the new baby! Mom and Dad are lucky to have such great helpers, and posing was so easy with this group. They’re naturals!

As an Eden Prairie newborn photographer, I think all babies are adorable. But I have to admit, they’re extra cute when they have as much hair as this little bundle did! We used one hat during our session, but mostly we kept those dark locks uncovered so we could show them off!

The dark blues and grays that we picked out for little brother were so perfect! There’s a reason this is a classic color scheme for newborn baby boy pictures. (Bonus: It also tends to be super easy to find clothes to match if you’re planning on doing family shots too. Black, gray, or white shirts all work great—and who doesn’t own a pair of jeans?)

St. Cloud, MN Newborn Photographer {10 days old, Baby Dax}

Mom was specific; she wanted this backlit image of dad and baby and the macro images of Dax’s features. She already had a plan of where these images would be hung (in the nursery).
